I wish I could tell you this was a drama filled episode of Big Brother with an epic blind side, but that is not the case. Our shock was at the highest last episode when we thought Cody would nominate Caleb and ended up nominating poor Donny. We begin this episode with Cody crying about nominating Donny, which irritates me to no end. I love Cody, I think he’s a great guy, I am pulling for him to go far here but I really need this guy to start being a man and doing what is best for Cody and not what is best for Derrick and Frankie. Caleb was obviously his biggest threat, and regardless of what his friends said he needed to go with his gut and do what he wants to do. In the end of it all you are playing this game for you and not for your alliance. Caleb obviously isn’t aligned with you by his actions in the veto so you owe him nothing. The fact that Cody is so busted up about it shows it was the wrong decision. He cries alone in this room and once he joins everyone else they all console him too. Do you think Cody made the right decision in going with The Detonators or should he have made up his own mind?
It’s time to campaign now. Donny and Brittany don’t want to campaign against each other but its you life in the Big Brother house so you do what you have to do. Derrick tells Donny he has absolutely nothing to worry about. Team America will continue on. Donny didn’t fall off the turnip truck yesterday he knows that Cody’s decision wasn’t Cody’s decision. There is a bigger boss in all of this and he suspects it might be Derrick. He tries to fish for some information by alluding to an alliance in the house. Cody gives nothing up to Donny. Donny says to him “You like me, but you’re willing to risk me, Pawns go home” Derrick, Frankie and Cody all tell him he has nothing to worry about. I know if this plan backfires on Team America I will be so angry, how about you?
Brittany talks to Caleb again. When will she ever learn. She thought she had him before Veto, he proved her wrong, Now she is going to try again. You know the saying “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame once me” She tells him she’d do anything to stay and that Donnie is really the bigger threat. She hasn’t won anything, Donny has. She also hangs on to the Victoria should go home before me life line. So you are saying you deserve to stay more than a guy who won 2 vetos and a BOTB, and that same man deserves to go home before Victoria? Get over yourself Brittany. Caleb does agree with Brittany. He doesn’t see why she should leave when she isn’t going to put him on the block. Well duh Caleb because she’ll up your whole alliance on the block. He goes to campaign for her. They guys seem receptive to his campaigning, but they humor Caleb a lot just so he’ll stop talking.
Julie announces the death of Frankie’s grandfather and they play the tape of Frankie finding out news through a letter. We watch as he instantly breaks down into a pile of tears. It was really difficult to watch and to me it felt incredibly invasive to watch such a personal and emotional moment go down on film. Yes I know it makes GREAT television, but I felt a little icky after watching it through my own tears. They also showed him telling everyone in the house, and it is really just nice to know that he is in there with people who despite the game are loving and supporting him. Its beautiful and heart wrenching at the same time so make sure you have kleenex!
Julie then reveals to the house guests that the Have Nots have already been determined for next week based on the results of the activity trackers they are wearing on their wrists. We find out that the four laziest house guests are Nicole, Caleb, Christine and Derrick. I kind of expected the girls to be there but Caleb and Derrick really surprise me. Caleb is alway 
walking around stalking Amber and Derrick is always around flanking Cody where ever he goes. It will be interesting to see how our Cover Girl Cowboy deals with slop and how much more insane his obsession gets when he’s tired and hungry.We also get a home town package from Nicole’s family discussing her relationship with Hayden. Her mother looks JUST like her just more heavy-set, and she preferred she married a farmer. Her brother would rather she bring home the $500000 then Hayden but he’s a cool guy. The most disturbing thing I have ever heard was said from her cousins. These little kids are no older than 10 but I think they are probably 8. They think Hayden is weird and they don’t like when Hayden tries to make sex with Nicole. Yes people those words came for a little kids mouth and it was creepy. Firstly how is that in a little kids vocabulary? I have an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old and they would never say that. Secondly why would CBS Air that? I know they may think it’s cute but really it’s not cute it was icky.
It’s time for the Live Vote. Jocasta is first and with a tug of her bow tie votes out Brittany. Was there any doubt? Jocasta would never vote out the man who gave her new life in the Big Brother game. At least not yet anyways. The vote went down as we all suspected it would.In a unanimous vote Brittany you have been evicted from the Big Brother house. She goes out to talk to Julie and they surprise her with a visit from her three kids. They are adorable. I think Brittany leaving was probably the best thing for Brittany. We all know there was no chance she could win this game, it was better for her to leave while she can still go back to normal life then to sit in sequester for weeks. I think Brittany is probably pretty happy too.
The HoH challenge this time is a quiz called Country Hits. House guests face off in pairs, Big Brother will play a country song that is describing a competition. The first one to correctly buzz in stays in the competition and picks the next to players. The other is eliminated. You get the answer wrong you are out and the other house guest stays and picks. No one answers you are a both out unless it’s the last round. First up was Hayden and Christine, it was HOH and Christine takes it. She picks Donny and Jocasta. The answer was BOB and Donny survived the round. He put up Frankie and Caleb. The answer was BOB and Frankie stays in the game. Frankie chooses Amber and Victoria. The answer was POV and Victoria takes a seat. Amber chooses Donny and Derrick. Uh oh Team America vs Team America. The answer was HoH and Derrick stays in the game. DAMMIT I wanted Donny to win HOH this week. Zach and Nicole are up next and the answer is POV. Zach takes it, Nicole is out. Amber and Caleb battle it out. Caleb takes it with a BOB answer. Frankie and Derrick 
are next. The answer is HOH but Derrick let Frankie take it so he can have pictures of his grandfather. Frankie is the first HOH. If you are counting that is 3 HOH’s now people. Caleb and Zach are up next and with the answer of BOB Zach is the second HOH. Do you know what this means people. We now have a ZANKIE HOH. Cuddling in that nest bed will be at an all time high! I love these guys together so I am happy for them, but it also means another boring week in the Big Brother house. I assume we will say bye to Victoria this week. Would you have given up your HOH so Frankie could have a picture of his grandfather? I don’t know if I would. I think I may tell production that I would like one of my pictures to be Frankie’s grandfather, but I don’t think I’d be willing to throw my game away. I know Derrick feels totally safe with Frankie so it’s not such a big deal but if you get voted out this week on some crazy ass twist you have yourself to blame Derrick.
