Celebrity Apprentice is back for the penultimate episode of season 7! It has all come down to this. After the mass casualty event that took place last week which resulted in FOUR people being fired, our final three are Vivica A. Fox, Geraldo Rivera and Leeza Gibbons. Who will make it to the final 2 and compete in the biggest, most important task of the season? Which fired celebs will return and help the final 2 out? Read on to find out!
Things are done a little differently for this episode. Instead of the contestants getting together for their task, we start in the boardroom. It’s time to fire someone and determine the final 2 celebrity contestants who will face off for the title of the next Celebrity Apprentice winner. Team Vortex, which consists of Leeza, Geraldo and Vivica wait and wait and wait for the remaining two members of Team Infinity to emerge from the boardroom, but no one ever comes out. All of a sudden, the phone rings. WTF? It’s Donald, calling Vortex back to the boardroom! They enter the boardroom to find out the whole Team Infinity was fired! The final three are now in place! Donald says one of them is about to be fired. He asks Vivica why she should stay. She kinda shrugs her shoulders and says she has the desire to stay and how the experience has been wonderful. Blah, blah, blah. I love Vivica, but she is putting up zero fight here. He asks Geraldo if he’s surprised to be there and if he thinks he will win. Being the cocky, arrogant guy he is, the Mustache says he’s not surprised and thinks he will win. Geraldo goes on to say that he would rather face Leeza in the final 2 as she’s the best opportunity for competition. He moves on to Leeza and asks if she sees him picking Vivica over Geraldo. In her trademar
k diplomatic fashion, she says Geraldo is better than Vivica to join her in the final 2. Vivica actually says that Trump should pick Leeza over her. WHAT? We are at the end here and now you want to give up and show no will to win? This, coming from the battle-ax that wouldn’t stand for Kenya’s bitchy, abusive behavior? Vivica, honey! So, of course, Trump fires Vivica. Geraldo and Leeza become the official finalists for this season of Celebrity Apprentice.
Out of sixteen celebrity contestants, only two remain. Now, it is time for Trump to give them their final (and most important) task: Leeza and Geraldo will be flying to Universal Orlando resort. They will both be responsible for producing a commercial and selling vacation packages to Universal Orlando resort to raise money for their charities. They will then fly back to New York and present their commercials at a red carpet event. They’re both going to need some help accomplishing this 
monumental task. It’s time to bring back some of the losers from the season to help them on their way to a quarter million dollars! Leeza and Geraldo arrive in Orlando to the resort to find out who will be on their teams. Supporting Leeza, we have Brandi and Johnny, both of whom are freshly fired, and Kevin Jonas, who is notoriously anti-Geraldo. Supporting Geraldo, we have Vivica, Lorenzo and Ian. Ian and Geraldo on the same team, once again? This is going to turn into a pissing contest to see whose ginormous ego will prevail.
Leeza and Geraldo rally their teams and get to work on the project. Geraldo, of course, has his idea already in his head and he is going to do things his way or no way at all. His idea is to be a “reporter” reporting outside of Universal Orlando, dressed as Harry Potter, or something to that effect. It’s hard to really remember, as I try my best to tune Geraldo out whenever he opens his mustache to speak. Leeza takes a different approach with her project. She involves her team and welcomes input into how they are going to approach the commercial. Things seem to be coming together for Leeza’s team already. It’s amazing what an open mind and a non-cocky attitude will accomplish, right?
Both teams are now on location at Universal, ready to start getting the work done. Team Leeza is ready to get to work, but Brandi and Johnny are off at a freaking hot dog stand! These clowns are either unaware that they are on a tight schedule (unlikely) or they are trying to sabotage Leeza. Either way, I am not happy. Leeza seems to be unaffected by this. She needs to get these two on a leash and keep them under control! Geraldo, meanwhile, is calling around to his rich benefactors trying to get large donations or sell vacation packages, and assigns his team members each to sell one vacation package. Leeza manages to get $170k in donations, but is worried she won’t be able to raise as much as Geraldo. Kevin says that she should focus more on developing a kick-ass commercial that will blow Geraldo’s out of the water, since there are two parts to this project.
Geraldo and team are pulling it together. Vivica and Lorenzo return from shopping with Geraldo’s official Harry Potter cape and magic wand. They then begin working on a shot schedule to get the filming done on time. Meanwhile, Brandi and Johnny are sent out to buy props and costumes for Leeza’s commercial. But again, the two go off track and decide to ride roller coasters! It’s now apparent these two just do not care whether or not they help Leeza win. They return from the “shopping” trip and tell Leeza they couldn’t find anything. Leeza doesn’t want to be upset with the two. She wants to remain on track with the project and not let this bring her down. Meanwhile, Geraldo decides he is going to completely ignore the shot schedule put together by Vivica and Lorenzo and go his own route. No surprise there.
It seems as though both teams are going off the tracks. This is a good time for a cliffhanger! We will have to wait until next week to find out which team will get it together and who will win the show! Until then, it’s TO BE CONTINUED! *dramatic music*
