We are on to our second night of the two night premier. I am so happy that we will finally see all the house guests interacting with each other. The game has officially begun tonight. Julie introduces us to our second group of 8 house guests. They are Victoria, Caleb, Brittany, Christine, Derrick, Hayden, Jocasta and Zach. We learn some interesting things about these guys while they are being kidnapped. I never would have guessed it but Christine is a big fan of being naked. Who thinks that her and Arlie from BBCAN2 would have been a match made in heaven if she wasn’t married? Hayden is a straight A, Deans List student which totally flabbergasted me. Stay in school kids! You too can become a pedi-cab driver! Jacosta, oh my, first the bow ties! Not a fashion statement I would want to make but whatever, do what you gotta do! Could you just make them straight, I am sick of looking at her crooked bow ties. I am more concerned with the “I’ve done a lot of men, I’ve done a lot of women” comment. I don’t know about you BUT I need an explanation. Were you a hooker, a bisexual? Inquiring minds want to know Jocasta, please go into that while you’re in the house. Live feeds gold that story would be. Lets just put it out there that for someone who has had three human beings living in her belly she has a smoking body! I have to give props where props are due and damn girl, you bounced back! I need to know her secret.
Julie unleashes our final 8 into the house in groups of four. Caleb, Christine, Hayden and Jocasta are the first 4 to disrupt the harmony that has been the Big Brother house. Victoria, Brittany, Derrick and Zach follow shortly behind. They all sit down and introduce themselves. Caleb has eyes for Amber which hopefully might distract her from Devin who is into Joey. Derrick lies about being a cop for strategic reasons. Clearly he didn’t watch Survivor this season. Hopefully he can keep his lie up better than Tony could. Frankie is a little afraid of Caleb. Caleb admits to being very right-wing Republican and Frankie is very well aware that his open, flamboyant gayness will not be understood by Caleb, and admits he won’t get Caleb either. Brittany and Derrick bond immediately over being parents in the house. I am sure that once those two find out that Devin is also a father those three will bond and from some sort of side alliance. Do you see a showmance in single mom Brittany and single dad Devin? Now this season is going to be the most painful to watch the feeds for because not only to the have not blankets sound like chip bags rustling (Eric is not going to do well this season) but we learn that Donny can make cricket noises. Everyone is loving the Donny noises, and he quickly realizes that the way to make him safe in this game is to become the funny guy. The Diary Room montage of everyone trying to do the whistle made me laugh out loud. I am really hoping he can pull this off, because I like Donny and a small part of me wants Eric to be tortured all summer! Zach and Frankie have a conversation and it’s pretty tense. That isn’t the pairing I thought would have a tough time and I hope they can over come it. It seems that Zach knows of the high school that Frankie went to in Florida and it’s full of upper class rich kids, so he is judging him on that.
Finally we get to the 2nd HOH competition of the week. This one is called “Over the Coals”. CBS is really getting their money’s worth over the Bull in a China Shop log I tell you! This time the log is turned into a giant BBQ spit. Each house guest has to climb on and hold on while the spit turns with them on it. Last one remaining on the spit is the winner of the second HOH challenge. Well apparently Victoria is just to darn pretty to hold on to anything, so she is the first one off the spit. Big Brother then decided that being spun around with very little to hang on to isn’t enough torture, so they start throwing BBQ sauce on them. Brittany and Jocasta, who ditched her bow tie for the 
competition, were the next two off the spit. Christine falls next after a bit of a fight. Then Zach decided now is the time to throw the competition. He basically just let go at the top of the spit so when it turns he slides off. That is two obvious throws we’ve had in two HOH competitions. What are we going to do with these guys? If you are going to throw a competition make it look like you didn’t throw it. I expect more from Zach. Derrick, Hayden and Caleb are left spinning on the spit and Derrick goes down after a battle with his body weight. Hayden finally slips off and Caleb is the winner of the 2nd HOH competition.
Finally the twist of 2 HOH’s and 4 nominees has been officially explained to us. Get a pen and paper and write this down because it’s a tad complicated! So we have 2 HoH’s, each of them nominate 2 people. The 2 people each person has nominated pair up and battle each other in the Battle of the Block. The winning pair come off the block, the HOH that nominated the losing pair is no longer and HOH and is sent back into the pool of people who can be nominated for if POV is used. It’s sounds complicated but I am sure once we watch it play out this week we will get the point. This was 
similar to what I thought it was going to be, I thought it was the HOH’s that would battle it out not the nominees, so I was close. We also found out who the first member of Team America is and shockingly it’s NOT Frankie. Joey has been named the first member of Team America. I am now torn between voting for who I want to be on Team American who I don’t. I want to see how my favorites would do with this twist, but I don’t want the twist to mess up their game. So do I vote for someone I don’t like in hopes that their game will totally implode because of it or someone I like because we learned that for every mission they complete the win $5000? What do you guys think?
So what am I thinking of the house guests so far? Zach is one of my picks this season, and him making Frankie mad day one doesn’t bode well for him. He needs to calm down a little and relax. It’s week one Zach, you don’t need to go so hard, just go with the flow, unless the flow is you! If you chill out, you won’t be on the radar. I am still liking Christine a lot. I am sticking by my 4 favorites for now. Zach, Christine, Cody and Joey have a great chance at this game if they play smart and keep calm. Donny is surprising me. I always liked him, but I am really starting to root for him. I want him to get more comfortable so we can see the real Donny come out, we see bits of it now and then like when on the feeds Frankie would pretend to do the cricket whistle and Donny would do so it was like a ventriloquist act. Frankie is also shocking me. I hate the fact that he has a fan base going into this but he is such a good character! I love him on the feeds, his diary rooms are like mini you tube videos. I won’t say that I am Team Frankie quite yet but I am not wanting him gone either. The best moment of the night was right at the end when Frankie jumped on Caleb’s back and the two of them ran around the kitchen. We have heard a lot of not nice things being said about Caleb pre-season and so far he hasn’t proven any of it to be true, so I urge you all to just keep an open mind and don’t hop on the hate wagon or drink the hatorade just yet.
