Sheana and Shay are having their Bachelor and Bachelorette parties in Miami and Kristin and James were uninvited with Sheana decided she needed a break from them. They four meet up for lunch because not Sheana needs James to work on a new song. Sheana thinks them going to Miami would be uncomfortable for them but of course James and Kristin have decided they are going to Miami. Sheana goes to James’ apartment to listen to her new track. The track James did was actually pretty good (IMHO) but now we wait to watch Sheana butcher it!
All the other SUR servers are at lunch with Stassi and the new girl Vail. They are all trying to warn her about Jax and told her to stay away from him. She thinks Jax is a nice guy and doesn’t want to fight anyone’s battles for them. The girls major warning is Jax has a motive and will mostly likely try to bang her. Vail will heed these warnings but still wants to make her own mind up.
Katie meets up with Lisa because she wants her shifts switched so she’s not working with Jax. The two of them have a very interesting conversation about Katie and Schwartz’s relationship. Lisa is telling her that she shouldn’t settle for someone who doesn’t make her the priority. Katie ends up in tears because she comes to the realization that she is most likely more invested in the relationship than he is. Ultimately Katie knows what she needs to do and just doesn’t want to do it. Lisa tells her not to waste anymore time.
Jax has sent out relationship SOS texts to everyone stating that he and Tiffany broke up. Sandoval and Sheana go over to console him and Jax reveals they aren’t really broken up. While talking to Tom and Sheana a call comes in from Vail. He doesn’t even remember texting her to tell her the “news” of the breakup. Sheana doesn’t believe him and he gives her a coy smile. It’s all part of his Bang Vail plan even though he denies it. He makes plans to see Vail for coffee.
Katie and Tom end up in couples therapy. Katie says that she feels like when she wants to talk about issues it’s always falling on deaf ears. She is always the monster and he never wants to talk about anything serious when it comes to their relationship. Tom agrees with Katie’s feeling and admits to taking her for granted. The two realize they are committed to repairing their relationship and putting the past behind them. Tom is liking therapy a lot. Will these two be able to get their relationship back on track. They didn’t touch on any of their Jax issues yet so I can’t wait to hear what the professional thinks about it.
Sheana confirms with Vail that Jax texted her, and she let her know that Jax is denying texting her. They meet for coffee, and Jax is so intrigued by her. She is smart but has an edge. She calls him out on him telling Sheana that he didn’t text her. He makes an excuse that he didn’t want to talk about it with them. She gives him some good relationship advise, and it still giving him the benefit of the doubt. Bet you all 5 bucks they bang by the end of the season!
James asks Tom to talk with him. He doesn’t want anything to blow up at the Bachelor/Bachelorette party. Tom is honest and says I don’t need you in my life. I don’t hate you but I don’t need you either. The conversation really goes no where but Kristin was listening behind the corner and she has to have her say to Tom afterwards too. She is still harping about Tom supposedly cheating on Ariana in Miami. Why does she care so much? Kristin needs a therapist badly. The three of them end up fighting at the bar. Tom just wants them to go away. The Miami trip will be interesting.
